Your role:  

You will work actively in contact with both our team and our customers. You do not have to be the most experienced technical guru, those we already have. Instead, we expect you to lead projects and ensure their progress according to the agreed schedule. We need you to be in charge of the big picture and recognize what things are required for each goal.

We expect you to be goal-oriented, systematic person with strong social skills. You know how to maintain good team spirit and make others commit to common goals. You are good at prioritizing tasks and ready to jump in to help others when needed.

University degree is a plus, but we always value the person and what they can do above other titles.

Your responsibilities include acting as a vice CEO in certain matters as well as a membership in our technical board. This position will offer you an opportunity to have a say what you think your role should be. 

Working language within Tietoaika is Finnish and within Confirma Software is English.
