We are now looking for a driven Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building long-term customer relationships and can lead implementation projects from start to finish – both remotely and on-site with customers. The Role
As a Customer Success Manager with us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers get maximum value from our ERP system. You will:
- Lead and be responsible for implementation projects, from planning and design to execution and follow-up.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build long-term, strategic relationships.
- Work closely with our developers and technical experts to ensure customer needs are met and that the solution works optimally.
- Train and support customers in using the platform, both digitally and on-site.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to continuously maximize customer value.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure that our customers achieve success with the Extend platform.
Who You Are
We believe you are an engaged and communicative person who enjoys working both strategically and operationally. You are solution-oriented and can quickly understand and address the customer’s needs. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
- Previous experience in Customer Success or project management, preferably
within SaaS or technical platforms. - Proven experience leading implementation projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills – you can translate complex
technology into clear and practical solutions for customers. - The ability to work independently and efficiently, both digitally and on-site with
customers. - Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Experience with Extend Commerce ERP and WMS or similar platforms is a plus.
