Job location: Nordics
Company Description
Confirma Software is a new Nordic platform acquiring strong enterprise software companies with specialized offerings for SME customers and the public sector. The group currently consists of 26 acquired operating companies. We have a combined customer base of about 17 000 customers in all the Nordic countries. We focus on both organic growth and growth through accusation of 3-6 companies per year.

- Founded: 2019
- Co-workers: 550+
- Turnover: 90 M€
Role Description
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic organization in the early stages of development into a pan-Nordic powerhouse in enterprise software. As VP of Marketing, you will architect our marketing strategy and team, and execute a data-driven, digital-first marketing strategy, laser-focused on lead generation and revenue growth. In short, you will be building a marketing machine. As the successful candidate, you can demonstrate real impact through modern B2B SaaS marketing techniques, from inbound marketing and content strategy to marketing automation and analytics—utilizing HubSpot, which we use across the group.
You will be instrumental in determining the balance between efforts executed locally (but under your supervision), and what will be managed centrally by a team you will build. You’ll need to be hands-on in the planning and execution of campaigns, collaborating closely with sales and product teams and contributors across our operating companies to deliver a qualified pipeline of leads. This role requires a leader who can operate both strategically and tactically, ensuring measurable contributions to Confirma Software’s continued expansion.
As this is a corporate role, you will report to the group COO. Your reach will span all business units, each with differing local market dynamics and growth targets. You should be prepared to adapt and make decisions quickly, forging and fine-tuning marketing approaches as the business evolves, and at the same time secure the brand-building strategy of the group.
This is a full-time
position, and we expect the successful candidate to be residing in Sweden, Finland, Norway, or Denmark. Travel within the Nordic region will be necessary.
