Customer Success/Support
Vi söker dig som är tekniskt intresserad och bra på att ta människor.
Jobbet består av allmän support samt att ha ansvar för att driftsättningen av våra system sker på ett snabbt och smidigt sätt, både för oss som leverantör till våra installatörer/återförsäljare men även vidare mot våra slutkunden. Du ansvarar även för överlämning till slutkund, utbildning i systemet samt att ta fram utbildningsmaterial.
Tät kontakt med installatörer, bostadsrättsföreningar, bovärdar och förvaltare krävs för att lyckas i den här rollen och du bör vara bekväm med att prata i telefon samt kommunicera via mail, behärska engelska väl och vara en problemlösare. Du bör ha ett starkt driv och ha en förmåga att kunna ”knyta ihop säcken”.
Denna tjänst är även inriktad mot försäljning främst genom att bearbeta redan befintliga kunder, följa upp och undersöka deras behov.
