Product Manager - Quick3 ERP
Quick Systems is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the continued development and scaling of Quick3, a cloud-based ERP platform purpose-built for workshops, dealers, specialized retail, and wholesale businesses across the Nordics.
While the role is formally employed in Quick Systems, it is group-oriented by design. Quick3 is positioned as a strategic core product within the Confirma Software group, and this role will work closely with engineering, customer success, and management teams across multiple countries and portfolio companies.
This is a hands-on product leadership role at the intersection of business, technology, UX, and domain expertise, with real influence over how a modern Nordic ERP platform evolves and scales.
This is a full-time position, and we expect the successful candidate to be residing in Gjøvik or Oslo. Travel within the Nordic region will be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Product leadership & strategy
· Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Quick3 in line with the group’s product strategy.
· Translate business strategy, market insights, and customer needs into clear product initiatives and outcomes.
· Ensure strong alignment between Quick Systems, Confirma group stakeholders, and local market needs across the Nordics.
· Act as product owner for key initiatives related to automation, integrations, and vertical workflows.
Customer, UX & Service Design
· Champion service design and user experience across the full customer journey – from onboarding and daily use to standardization and scaling.
· Work closely with UX/design resources to ensure intuitive workflows for complex ERP and accounting processes.
· Drive discovery through customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and close collaboration with delivery and support teams.
· Ensure the product increasingly supports self-service onboarding and scalable usage, reducing dependency on manual delivery and support.
Agile product development
· Work closely with engineering teams in an agile, iterative development model.
· Define and prioritize product backlog items, epics, and features based on customer value and business impact.
· Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural and product sustainability.
· Ensure clear acceptance criteria, outcome-based goals, and continuous feedback loops.
ERP, accounting & domain expertise
· Leverage understanding of ERP systems, accounting, and operational workflows to design robust, trustworthy solutions.
· Collaborate with accounting and domain experts to ensure correctness, standardization, and usability.
· Contribute to positioning Quick3 as a single source of truth across operations, inventory, suppliers, transactions, and financials.
Key Qualifications
Experience & background
· 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in SaaS or enterprise software.
· Proven experience working with Service Design, UX, and customer-centric product development.
· Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, or transaction-heavy platforms is highly valued.
· Solid understanding of agile development practices and cross-functional product teams.
· Experience operating in matrix organizations or multi-country / group setups is a strong advantage.
Skills & mindset
· Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into usable product solutions.
· Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
· Data-informed, structured, and outcome-oriented.
· Clear communicator who can align stakeholders across product, tech, delivery, sales, and management.
· Motivated by building scalable products rather than bespoke solutions.
Language & location
· Scandinavian language (written and spoken).
· Fluent in English (written and spoken).
· Based in Norway (Gjøvik/Oslo).
· Some travel within the Nordics should be expected.
