Full stack .NET developer
Quick3 is positioned as a strategic core product within the Confirma Software group, and this role will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, UX, customer success, and architecture resources across multiple countries.
This is a hands-on development role with real influence on architecture, code quality, and long-term technical direction of a modern Nordic ERP platform.
This is a full-time position, and we expect the successful candidate to be residing in Norway.
Key Responsibilities
System Development & Architecture
· Develop, maintain, and improve the Quick3 platform using .NET and C#.
· Contribute to modernization of the codebase and architecture following modern, cloud-native principles.
· Actively participate in architectural decisions, refactoring initiatives, and reduction of technical debt.
· Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and best development practices.
Integrations & Data Model
· Build and maintain integrations with external systems such as accounting, logistics, payments, and third-party services.
· Work with complex data models, transactions, and business logic typical for ERP systems.
· Contribute to performance optimization, scalability, and robust error handling.
Collaboration & Delivery
· Work closely with Product Manager, UX, and Customer Success to translate business and customer needs into technical solutions.
· Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
· Help build solutions that reduce manual delivery and support through increased self-service capabilities in the product.
Key Qualifications
Experience & background
· 5+ years of experience with .NET / C# development.
· Experience developing large-scale, business-critical systems (SaaS or enterprise software).
· Experience with ERP, accounting, or transaction-heavy systems is highly valued.
· Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is an advantage.
Technical Skills
· Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and relational databases.
· Experience with REST API development.
· Solid understanding of security, performance, and scalable system design.
· Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Mindset & Way of Working
· Structured, quality-oriented developer with strong ownership of solutions.
· Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical sustainability.
· Comfortable working with complex business logic and problem domains.
· Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Language & location
· Scandinavian language (written and spoken).
· Fluent in English (written and spoken).
· Based in Norway (Gjøvik/Oslo), with Gjøvik being primary location.
